- We only store your email address and, if you fill them in, your cat's name and your cat's wish.
- We send you one welcome email and, just before launch, an email with your personal code.
- You can have it deleted at any time: email us and we will take care of it.
Which data and why
When you sign up for the waitlist, we store your email address and, if you fill them in, your cat's name and your wish list. We also record when you gave consent, which language you used and which ad or link you came from (the utm data in the link). Next to your email address we keep an unsubscribe token, so you can unsubscribe with one click, and whether your welcome email was sent. We use this to send you one welcome email, to email you just before launch with your personal code for free shipping, and to learn which products cats (and their people) want. We do this on the basis of your consent.
Who we share data with
The waitlist is stored in Supabase (storage in the EU), the site runs on Cloudflare and we send our email through Resend. We have a data processing agreement with all three. We never sell your data.
How long we keep it
Until you unsubscribe, or at the latest 2 years after the launch of Knuskat if you do not become a customer by then.
Cookies
We use Google Analytics to see how the site is used and the Meta Pixel to measure our Instagram ads. They only load if you give consent. You can change your choice at any time.
Your rights
You may view, correct or delete your data. Email us at info@knuskat.nl and we will arrange it within a month. If you disagree with us, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
